Store policies

Any parcel returned for the following reasons; Refused, Unclaimed, Invalid Address, Unknown Address, or Insufficient Address will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee of the entire purchase price, less shipping fees; shipping/Insurance, packaging, handling and postage fees will not be refunded. We accept returns of any item within 30 days of receipt of order under the following conditions: Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. Note: Any damaged good returned will not be refunded but will be replaced. If the device is not working because of technical problems related to normal use of product we will replace for a new device. If device is working but not effective we give a 30 day refund once product is returned within period. All products are covered by full manufacturer warranty. Replacements are available on selected products only within 30 days. Before returning an item for replacement the customer must contact us for return instructions at: info@shopzone.net All returns must first request an RMA # Return Merchandise Authorization number before shipping back returns. Customers are responsible to ship back the defective item and we pay the shipping charge to send a new one.
