Good whiile it worked. May 24, 2010
By K. Brenner Had some difficulties with the unit I received. At first it didn't work. I contacted the seller and they sent me new batteries free-of-charge and that was the issue. Then, after about a week, small amounts of the spray began leaking from the spray valve, pretty much rendering it useless. The seller was very professional and processed a full refund. While it worked it did the job.

Ditto on Good While it Worked Dec 26, 2010
By Brad Oliver We were really happy with the results of this product initially, but it died after less than 2 months (tried new batteries in both remote and collar). And with only a month warranty, we felt like we were ripped off. We are now the proud owners of an $80 paper weight.

Shopzone is horrible but the product is great Mar 18, 2010
By Dogstrained The spray collars are great but I had to order them elsewhere because SHOPZONE never delivered them! And they charged me anyway! Now I have to try and get my refund. Two of my clients had the same issue. I will never order from shopzone again!

Training Collar Nov 15, 2009
By Nanuk Recieved the collar quick, works great. I have had many other training tools and this by far works the best on an "A" male. I order one more for my female dog.

Effectively modifies problem behavior in difficult dogs Apr 18, 2011
By DC-Brooklyn My one-year old bull terrier has been obsessed with doing things he shouldn't -- entering certain rooms, jumping up on counters, etc. These problem behaviors have been curbed by using the spray commander. Two or three well-timed spray blasts, and he made the connection, and the problem behavior has been curbed. I only wish I had started using this earlier. Be sure to get the newer version, which is water proof and better constructed. Although some have reported that the batteries run down quickly, I have not had a similar problem. But I am careful about turning the unit off, except for those times when I intend to focus on training.
Another note: Be cautious about purchasing from the Amazon marketplace merchants rather than from Amazon itself; some of these merchants seem to have questionable inventory, and returns are more difficult.
